"I like the customer service provided, but the first room’s TV did not change channels, so the clerk gave us another room. But, that room had a filthy maxi pad on the side of the toilet and the desk chair was full of dirt and dust."

"I stayed for a few days and while the room was outdated, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and the staff was very friendly and professional. I would stay there again when visiting my family. It was nice to have a working refrigerator."
