"I didn’t like anything I booked this through this app the night off I was supposed to pick up my son from the Air Force. I wanted to get some sleep that night but they said I couldn’t check in until 3 PM. I had to sleep in my car, this is ridiculous. I want Refund."

"This was absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. First the pictures on website are deceiving. This hotel is very out dated and desperate need of repairs. Place felt dirty and not clean. First night we asked the front desk for extra towels and the attendant said they didn’t have any. Asked again the second night and was given one that she said she found. First night the fire alarm went off at 2AM. When about to evacuate the premises, the alarm stopped but was never given an explanation...

"The location was about all we liked. The hotel is run down, the carpet was so dirty we had black footprints when we first stepped into the tub. We found a bedbugs, took precautions and alerted the desk. The only thing that worked perfect was the air conditioner. I really feel we should receive a credit, since this hotel was NOT worth the $$ spent. We would have booked elsewhere, except there was a conversation and not much availability."

"The bathroom door was broken and the tv didn’t turn on. One wall is a giant window with curtains… the shower would only get super hot or super cold… in the middle the water literally wouldn’t cone out at all. The lobby smelled like pot…"
