Shame, nice view, shame about rooms and service
Lovely view, nice pool area and nice when you first walk in. I was ok with old fashioned basic room but old appliances that barely worked. No cups in room that were very needed due to having dental work in antalya so couldn’t make soup. Staff were asked for cups but they disnt understand. Rooms need updating with decor and appliances. Shame cos such a lovely location

This in reality is a 2 star hotel, rather than the 4 star as they advert themselves. Rooms are very small, bathrooms tiny with a poor quality of amenities provided. Breakfast and dinner were almost inedible and drinks were diluted juices or water. The only good perk is that hitel is close to city center (walkable distance)

Breakfast was terrible limited options Wifi was a nightmare there was 2 different wifi for the lobby and rooms and had to connect each time whenever I would go to the room & lobby. When arriving in the room there was 2 water bottles we asked we need more they said this is a gift from us for the first day & you have to purchase it yourself from the hotel shop. Also while sitting in the lobby they turn the AC off. Also there is no AC in the lift. They have no staff and the spa is closed they can't speak english. The view is the only good thing about it. Very bad experience I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

The front desk and breakfast area staff were very friendly, except the manager. He is an old guy with a beard, you won't miss it, he is everywhere and trying to run the hotel with the minimum cost. I traveled to many cities, this time in Turkey, but this place was the only place with cheap quality breakfast. Their Watermelon was so bad and old, and flies were everywhere. They didn't do anything about it. The bathroom downstairs was so old and dirty, and the place outside looks good, but it hasn't been renovated for a long time.

We did not enjoy our stay in this hotel , when I booked it was looking very nice and clean but actually it is terrible not good at all . It is a big wast if the property with the current situation of it it is a huge building,located in a nice area but it is not kept well.

This hotel should closed for the bad service they are offering not sure where to start the power that cut all the time the aircon that doesn’t turn off/on the room that are not cleaned all the time the worst breakfast I have ever seen in my life apart from the sea view and location of this hotel unless you are very short on money do no use this hotel

1. A trap in the fridge - drinks - cost four times more than in a regular store. Be prepared to pay for the trap (drinks) when you check out of the hotel. 2. Wi-Fi is limited to one device. Works either your phone or computer. 3. The sea is near the hotel, but it's impossible to swim because of the very high rocky shore. To the nearest beach is 6 kilometres.

The stuff is not helpful and the room electric goes away for hours without notice, breakfast is terrible and no test as if they cooked like I don’t care it’s not my breakfast.

This is supposed to be a 4 stars hotel, but its far from it, below is a short list of some of the issues you will face: 1- Staff is not professional, they don’t even wear a uniform, you can’t tell if someone walking down a corridor is staff or not. 2- Staff English capabilities are close to none, I asked one of the staff if I should turn left or right to reach the elevators, his answer was “no problem”, it’s difficult to communicate there 3- Breakfast is lacking, for example there is no coffee wether it’s American or Turkish coffee, there coffee machines are filled with Nescafe powder, wether you press the black coffee button or the Espresso button you will get only bad tasting Nescafe, when I asked the receptionist he said that the hotel owner locked the coffee cabinet to cut cost!!! That’s weird thing to do when your hotel is fully booked! 4- Elevator cant take more than 4 people, if two of them are fat, 3 people is the maximum capacity, elevator lights will turn off and screen will shut down once weight is exceeded! 5- They turn off air conditioning in almost all corridors and many parts of public spaces, expect to sweat if you spend extra time on your breakfast 6- Internet service there is bad, its hard to connect and when you connect expect to lose connection at any moment, sometimes you get connected but there is no internet, when I call the front desk for assistance they say they will reset the server which doesn’t seem to have impact on the situation

Excellent sea view from balcony. Breakfast was horrid daily. Noises from adjoining rooms and higher floor was disturbing.When checked in bathroom smelled of piss and room floor was dirty. Obviously housekeeping only hurriedly changed sheets and refilled amenities. Informed reception but nothing done. Gym and sauna were out of commission. I will not stay in this hotel in future.

Fair stay
Some bit of shampoo residuals left on the bathroom. Overall, it was super clean. No slippers were provided. I did not connect to the wifi as it require usename and pw. They didn’t give me it when I arrived, so I coudn’t be asked. The hotel only have 2 small lifts for 10 floors, it can take 5 minutes for it to arrive. The breakfast buffet wasnt great.

It’s a perfect family hotel that requires maintenance, customer service should be priority and pool times that are only allowed between 10 am and 7 pm are absolutely insane for a sea side hotel in Antalya? with temperatures in excess of 30 degrees.

Very bad service
My stay was terrible. The receptionist was un helpful at all. I asked for baby crip and he told we don't provide. I said why you don't have one? He said we don't need them. The hotel is too old. I can't understand how they were ranked as a 4 star's hotel. The lift/ elevator was not functioning properly. The breakfast was not good.

Most overrated hotel i have come across, i arrived on time for check in had to wait extra to only get a room with partial sea view as others weren't ready Sauna and spa out of service with no prior message saying this was the case Hotel is old inside and its clear from reviews (which i wished i read before booking) owner just looking to get cash out of this old place Best part comes at breakfast (thanks god i didn't pay extra for dinner) They have someone on the open buffet who goes around with you and fills your plate, and im sure the true intent isnt corona precaution Really awkward experience and a fulfilling start to your morning! Real waste of time i've been to better places not far away that charge half the price and offer better service , i feel bad for someone who booked a longer stay here for their holiday

The location of the hotel in relation to the sea view and town centre is amazing. The hotel rooms are not too bad and regularly cleaned but they are quite small and a bit old fashion. The hotel lacks any decent breakfast or dinner; both are extremely poor and not recommended for people who enjoy eating in a hotel.

We stayed 4 nights as family trip from UK to turkey last week and the main reason I booked this hotel was its city centre location and assuming a real 4 star. We booked 3 rooms with all inclusive, However we were disappointed by their service at all. Their staff has no training how to deal with guests and what customer expect from them. For example when I asked for bottle of water in evening, the reception’s answer was:” I only deal the reception and room service guy is not here” , “ you should wait couple of hours and the guy will deliver water”. Do you expect such answer from a 4 start hotel? No way. It was just one example of their attitude. We enjoyed lovely breakfast at some other hotel in Lara area but Cander’s breakfast as well as dinner and their service was just like “ you are here as a prisoner and you have to eat whatever is available other wise if you mention any thing they will leash you up”. The restaurant manager having a nice omelette next to my table but a cold boiled egg, a dry Hard piece of bread Was available for guests. Rather his rude answer on my query was” For guests we don’t do omelette as it takes long time” by the way that day we were just few guests at hotel. A part from from their high rates , we didn’t bring anything called comfort. I would recommend not to book this hotel and please pay less and have nice service at somewhere else but not Cender.

one of the worst hotels
This hotel was so awful, awful and rude staff, breakfast very basic, for dinner it’s microwaved food, rooms are old, they also make you pay for water! Travelled with a person in a wheelchair and he couldn’t even enter the toilet, hotel description deceiving and staff don’t even want to help, the only ok thing was location. This hotel is definitely not a 4 star, but rather 1-2.

The badest Hotel i went in in m life Dirty Poor service You get only my little peace of meet in the night No more meet after The food get in the fridge and serve again the whole week The people are disrespectful You have to pay for water 5 lira when you eat I’m still searching for the 5 stars When we checkout they want to charge ya extra money People there can’t speak English Always talking with attitude The pool is full with hairs The food stinks like it’s out for weeks I get sick from there And sleep after 2 Nights in the Hospital in Germany It’s was a bad experience what I wish nobody to do Please don’t go in there

Amazing view from room but BAD customer service
So the hotel location is not bad however the customer service was probably one of the worst Ive ever had. The lady at reception called Mikalar was incredibly rude and tried to charge me a premium for asking for room service as I was quite close to my check out time. I spoke with the manager who apologised for her misunderstanding and said it was maybe because 'she had a busy day.' There was someone in reception thankfully who was much better at handling any customer queries. The view from the room is immense and facilities average, the spa they had was dated and again the person working there kept following me around and was seemingly very suspicious of me?? Overall it was definitely more like "2/3* standard" than 4 star, (don't let the pictures deceive you!)

Sooo bar.
Actually the hotels was so poor. Location is poor. Stuff are not helpful and not professional. Food was so bad. No thing was as it should be. Room its old. Furniture its old. The hotel manger is not respectful. At the end you can’t call that location as hotel. Its like gang location. Better to not go there
