Quiet & Good Value
Good friendly service. Nice clean pool to cool down in. Tasty breakfast. Easy check in and out. Easy to park near hotel. Nice balcony with a sea view. Free water and fridge. Option for room service. Air conditioning good and not too loud. Only bad points were that the shower head could be cleaner and the bed sheet was not that comfortable as it has a towel material (this seems to be a local thing though as we experienced it in other hotels too)

Amazing stay
The location is great close to old town yet away from it's noise. Close to pretty sea views as well. The breakfast had many options and we were obsessed with the little breads ( so tasty). The staff was super helpful and friendly. The room itself was very comfortable as well- we slept very well. The pool and patio were nice too

Sad to see changed for worse.
I have stayed in this hotel 3 times. The last two times experience was delightful. Unfortunately this time under diffrent management and diffrent owners did not have the same quality. The highlight of the stay was a young man at the reciption named Omar was extremely nice and helpful. Unfortunately the manager had the lack of manners and didn't know how to treat and respect the gusts. The breakfast they were offering with the seprate charge was as basic as it could be and their excuse was covid situation.while nothing else was folloed by covid condition. Anyhow the location is most desirable and that's one of the reason I had always chosen this property .

Perfect Choice
Perfect choice in its price group. A cute clean and tidy room with balcony as seen in pics, aircon, always hot water, city hotel at very good location, can reach everywhere by walking and also close to public transportation. Peacefull stay with no safety consern. Carpark is limited infront of hotel but was always available during my stay. Lovely helpfull staf. Thanks a lot for their hospitality.

V.Good economic option
The location is quite but within walk distance to the old Pazar and castle. All type of shops are nearby. The service is good and the room was comfortable, I liked the breakfast. I recommend the hotel for good value of money.

Excellent value of money
The hotel is located nearby the old market and village on a commercial street that includes anything you may need. With the offered price which is very economical you will have a nice, clean room with good service and a nice breakfast. The hotel staff are responsible, professional and friendly.

A fantastic hotel in the heart of Antalya

The bedroom and bathroom were dirty and had not been cleaned thoroughly. The staff then completely ignored the Do Not Disturb sign on my door twice within an hour of checking in, interrupting my sleep and asking if I wanted the room to be cleaned... maybe you should clean the rooms before I arrive instead. There was no hot water for the entire morning up until checkout at 12:00. Complained at reception and the receptionist argued with me saying that he had fixed the hot water just as I was checking out. Told him it was not OK to charge full price for this and that I would leave an honest review.

Our rooms are cleaned, disinfected and closed after the guests leave the rooms. You hung the do not disturb card in your room incorrectly and wrote that I want cleaning. To be sure, we call the from reception before entering your room to confirm whether you want cleaning or not. Apart from that, the hot water was consumed momentarily and the problem was solved by immediate intervention. In addition, your room has been upgraded from a standard room to a deluxe room. I liked the location but the street parking was difficult at times. AC unit is placed right next to the bed and blowing right on you which was quite uncomfortable. We ended up sleeping on sofa bed in the adjacent area.

BAD AND A LITTLE GOOD
The hotel room we Had was dirty and i think the shower was full of mold, it was black all over. And nothing was properly cleaned. I did not feel so Good about sleeping in the bed because of the condition in the room. :-( But there is a very Nice pool area! I liked that part. And the people that works there was very Nice people :-)

I loved staying a Metur and the staff was really nice. The other thing I wish was different is if they provided amenities in the room. There was no kettle, iron, and the WiFi didn’t work

It is a 3* hotel not far from the old town. Rooms are quite large but kinda old. Cleaning could be better. Staff was informative and helpful. If you are on a budget, it can be considered.
