"It was a nice stay staff was pretty good breakfast was alright wish there was more channels on the tv and wish the prices wasn’t so high"

"Only stayed one night but it was nice, sheets where dingy and so were towels. Some of our towels were stained. But other than that was able to get a good night sleep and woke up to a descent breakfast."

"Pool was closed completely, but the staff were kind and helpful, especially the maintenance tech. He offered to help my grandma with her bags into our room, and cleaned up a water leak from him washing the door. He was great and even waved at us every time we left or arrived at our room."

"Room and restroom were clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet area. Staff members were polite for check in/out, didn't interact with them besides that. Good price for a two- queen bed room with kitchen and fridge, but we didn't get to use the kitchen. They do not provide pans or plates."

"Staff was excellent however the whole facility was very run down for what I considered to be the Comfort Inn name. Paid $187 plus. A dirty rag on our bathtub, bathtub had rust and look like wet inner walls. Air Conditioner kept us up all night (possibly a bearing)... Kept on and off and sounded like a jet engine at takeoff! Elevator inside door was missing a cover. Breakfast"

"I liked nothing about the property, It was not properly cleaned or outfitted, No phone in the room, stains on the carpet, walls, tub. Overpriced and other tenants were smoking pot and drinking out in the parking lot. Looked like an hourly joint."

"Could not even stay. There were bugs on the bed, roaches crawling on the walls, blood staining on the sheets and the rooms were overall disgusting. Called and asked for new bedding and they didn’t even have enough for our beds. We left"

"You can tell the hotel has been renovated and is going through some changes still. There was a roach in our bathroom when we first got there. There is no pool, it’s been filled in with concrete. There is no workout gym. There is only one iron in the entire hotel - we had an ironing board in our closet but no iron and when I asked the front desk they said another guest had come to get it that morning. The staff wasn’t very friendly or knowledgeable about the hotel amenities."

"Room had dirt and hair all over the floors. Hairs in the bed when i pulled back the blankets. Towels were stained with brown and black spots. Was very surprised that i did not find any bugs. There was left over food in the freezer. Sink water kept coming out the bottom of the sink if i had water running more than 30 seconds. Room and bathroom smelt like mildew. And worst of all i paid $100 a night plus $90 in fees. There is also no where to park and if you park next door you will get threatened...

"We were very disappointed with our experience. Upon arriving, we found that the bed sheets were visibly stained and appeared unclean. The condition of the bedding made us extremely uncomfortable, and we did not feel confident that the room had been properly cleaned. Because of this, we ultimately decided not to stay at the hotel. Cleanliness is one of the most important aspects of any hotel stay, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet even basic expectations."
