"The hotel is excellent; we ordered room service every night, and the food was extraordinary. The breakfast offered a wide variety and was delicious. The spa area is good, and the massages we received were magnificent. The only area for improvement is housekeeping; on one occasion, towels were missing, and we had to call to have them brought up. Regarding the complimentary coffee for two, sometimes they only left enough for one cup or didn't leave a cup at all; they could pay a little more attention to those details. However, overall, I loved that the room was always clean whenever we returned. It is our favorite hotel in Bogotá."
