"Staff were welcoming, room was clean, lots of amenities. Only issue we had was that the tub drained very slowly. We had to wait thirty plus min before someone could shower due to the amount of water in the tub. "

"The staff was excellent! From the front desk, to the servers in the restaurant, to the breakfast staff, everyone was friendly and helpful. We had difficulty with the EV charger and they helped us and allowed us to cancel our remaining days so we could go to another city with the charger we needed. So kind!"

"Parking right in front. Cows out back! A big noisy truck parked across the street for part of the evening but earplugs took care of that. The bathroom sink had hot and cold cross-plumbed but the attendant lady helped us sort that out. Likewise when we needed more than a single pack of coffee for two mornings. Be aware that there is not much in Tropic, UT so the kitchen comes in handy! The next town over is not much more developed. We kind of liked the isolation."

Their breakfast that supposedly have eggs, meats, and carbs are not available during winter. They only have bread, oats, cereal, apple and banana available, pathetic! And the email that says they’ll charge you $12.99 is actually $14.99. Oh also, if you try to call front desk, no one will answer. "Easy to find and access our room via a door code. We never interacted with staff. Comfortable bed, great shower, and plenty of space. However, the walls are a bit thin which meant we could hear our neighbors."
