"The staff was great, but we're not able to help us ultimately. The room was clean. We had multiple ptoblems with this property. First, out shower head barely worked, the water pressure was unusable. We notified the staff, and the maintainance man fixed the shower head. Then, there was a hot water outage. Out of the 7 days we stayed there, there was only hot water 5 days. We asked for compensation and they said they couldn't help us. While the staff seemed empathetic, they could not fix the water...

"Great Location, walking distance to grocery stores, pharmacy's, ATMs, and restaurants. Nice to have gas stove and refrigerator in the unit for our 3 week stay. Staff friendly and courteous. Pay Laundry facility is clean with front loading washer and dryers nice when there for extended stay."
