The hotel is a great place to stay for short or long. Its very central with the trainstation nearby and the center also nearby. I've stayed here before and its still a good hotel.

The hotel is in a great central position with good parking, nice bar, clean rooms with great facilities and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We stay in a lot of hotels and this was as any.

Fantastic Location

Fantastic Location, 200 meters from the central Train & Diamant tube station. In the centre surrounded by shops, bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. The Opera tube station is 100 meters away. 10 minutes by tube and you are at the Grote Markt. You need to pay to use the pool and for extra coffee in your room, the first 2 capsules are free, and then you take capsules from the mini bar, not so nice. The breakfast was not great, especially for 23 euros per person, and not many healthy options, which for 23 euros is pretty poor.

Great hotel, very much enjoyed our stay. Staff were excellent at attending to our needs and very polite as well as offering some excellent dinning options. Hotel location is ideal plenty of public transport options around and just the right distance to the city centre (around 15 min walk). Rooms are well furnished and nice bathroom and very comfortable bed. Amazing pool and fitness facilities, unfortunately the facilities do come at a €7 per person per day cost which would be a problem if you were told, unfortunately this information was not included on Expedia not the hotels fault hence why it has not been reflected in the rating. It’s really a constant battle with Expedia regarding information on a hotel when booking all information about the hotel should be included. All round great stay definitely recommend!

Uncomfortable and expensive

Hotel is in a good location near central station and convenient for parking. However we didnt like that you had to pay for everything. Even pool or coffee in the room. Pillows were horrible, thin and long so you get neck pain. The water in the bathroom was cold for a long time so you have to spend a lot of water before it warms up.

Very nice city centre hotel

It is a very nice hotel, getting all of the details right. My only gripe was the €6 price tag for the bottle of water, that I didn't notice was chargeable until it was too late.
