"Everything was great almost all the staff was kind and smiling with the exception of the girl with the long black hair in the Cafe across from pearl restaurant. Didn’t greet us, didn’t smile, didn’t even seem to care to be kind at all. Front desk was amazing and super helpful."

"Love this place , so many things to do . Everyone was so nice . When me and the girls were at the pool a worker there names Marcos i believe was so attentive ! and fun to just talk and vibe with ! He made our stay so fun and gave us places to go out for the night 🖤 Room was big , staff was Kind , Pool was amazing. Food there was so good as well and the mangonadaaaaaaa uhm yes gimmie 20 please ❤️ . Def will be back soon !"

"Good overall. Pool gets crowded. Onsite food options are limited, mostly junk food. The concierge is a scam, pretending to be part of the check-in process, in reality they collect your data and try to sell timeshare."
