"From the moment of check-in to when we checked out. The entire staff pandered to our every wish, On the second day it looked like one of the tires on my car was low. One of staff actually used a Bicycle Pump to top up the air. He then took me a local tire repair shop and got it fixed very cheap. The next day he came back and asked f all was well. The room was impeccable. The free shuttle to take you anywhere you wanted to go and return was a very nice touch. Would HIGHLY recommend the LUX...

"We liked not being in the very touristy area but was able to visit multiple times per day ( if we wanted too). All staff were very helpful and the tour shop across the road accommodated all our requests. I would highly recommend this place if you want peace and a relaxing holiday. "

"D var en helt vidunderlig ferie m min eldste datter Tonje.Vi reiste for å komme unna jula og bare kose oss. Hotellet lå perfekt til for å ta ferjene ut til småøyene.i et rolig område med små tradisjonelle kafeer.italienske resturanter.og familiemarter omkring oss. Og kort vei inn til Ao nang m tuctuc til an pris av ca 20 kr. Personalet var så hyggelige og imøtekommende.de viste ikke d beste de kunne fått gjort for oss. Stedet var veldig rent og pent og de vaska og spylte rundt området hver...

Personalen var jätte trevliga, man fick låna handdukar om man skulle använda poolen och bastun var ett stort plus! Rekommenderar starkt om man ska vara i krabi några dagar "

We stayed 4 nights/ 5 days and they never even emptied the trash outside our room which was overflowing. We stayed in the family room which was basic.
