"From the moment you step onto the property the staff and ambience takes your breath away. The views are stunning. The service was 11/10. They upgraded our room without us asking as they knew we were celebrating a special occasion. The Chinese restaurant was delicious! My only regret with my booking was choosing to stay one night. If I stayed for two nights…I probably would never want to leave. The only minor inconvenience was that the room doesn’t offer many outlets for personal use. I needed to unplug the humidifier or room scent diffuser to use my Dyson or charge my devices. "

"Staff were quick to bring extra pillows when requested. Nice room facing the lake, a bit noisy though because of people walking along the lakefront. Very good location, with convenient stores and souvenir shops around. Room was clean, and a shower curtain would have been nice. The bathroom floor was so wet after a shower, and only one foot rug was available. Wet floors could be a hazard, much more for someone getting off the tub. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its location, and clean room. Breakfast was ok, more of local dishes."

"Wonderful hotel with great amenities. Very family-friendly, staff were super helpful. It’s a little tucked away in terms of location, but they do offer free (limited) pickup and dropoff service to Taichung and pickup or dropoff service to Shuishe. Highly recommend."
