Luckily they were expendable, including some hair gel and a full bag of walnuts, but it makes me wodner what worse could have happened if I had left my passport of wallet out, or did not bring a padlock with me for my locker. "Very cool little place in old town Bilbao. Close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. The front desk was amazing and she let us leave our bags for a few hours after we checked out. Smaller rooms but a comfortable bed and everything was very clean."

"What a great experience, this hotel is perfectly located on the old town neighbourhood , walking distance to the metro station, bus stops, restaurants and shopping areas. The view from the room was really nice, the staff was friendly and willing to provide any information required. The breakfast was good, with good variety; clean and comfortable rooms. We loved our time in this hotel."

"Die Mitarbeiter sind hier über die App gut erreichbar, wenn es Probleme gibt. Bei Check-in für zwei Zimmer muss man darauf achten, dass man beide separat eincheckt. Die Rezeption ist nur für wenige Stunden besetzt. Ich fand die Zimmer relativ hellhörig, aber die Unterkunft ist sehr gut erreichbar und sauber. Das Café gleich nebenan ist definitiv empfehlenswert!"
