"I wasn't expecting this last-minute stay to actually be very cozy and cute. Feel very minor things with the room but nothing that would prompt me to not return."

"Lovely hotel staff polite and friendly checking in, our room was very small and a bit tired looking with some of the fittings looking a bit grubby and tatty and some marks on the wall, The bar and restaurant area were very nice and our breakfast was excellent. I would recommend going for an upgraded room hopefully a bit larger than ours."

"Beautiful location and property very nice but can't believe there is no lift / elevator in the building. Disappointing breakfast offering. Two breakfast buffet offerings advertised, continental £12.95 and hot £16.95 but on the first day there was no hot buffet. Hot food was ordered a la carte from the kitchen (plated) and price remained £16.95 regardless of what was ordered. Surely pricing should have been adjusted. Overall a very pleasant stay but if you're a senior or someone with disabilities...

"What a beautiful hotel in a wonderful setting overlooking the Thames. Nice spa. Two restaurants to chose from. Complimentary water in room with fridge tea, coffee, hot chocolate cookies & biscuits. Entertainment a bonus."

"Great place - rooms are great, comfy bed, welcome green and blacks chocolate. Staff are lovely at check in and the breakfast staff are fantastic, work hard and fast - really impressed. Only thing I don't like is the 'write on paper' check in part - especially every time you come back, would be nice to be digitally stored but in the greater scheme of things its nothing."

"Lovely hotel by Legoland Windsor, perfect getaway to Legoland or Windsor castle. Amazing breakfast options, clean property, and spacious play area for children. The only downside is the number of charging ports (only 4 spaces by the reception) and two were occupied by a rental EV but not charging (they parked overnight, blocking other guests to use the spot). And the leisure club only has gym and swimming pool, no spa facilities such as sauna, steam room, nor hot tub. But overall, a gem in...
