"Comfortable place and clean. Staff was nice. Would have liked a rack or stand for a suitcase. No elevator but only two floors to deal with. Continental breakfast was fine but would have liked cereal and granola and maybe yogurt. The virtual agent took longer than actual desk agent to check us in. The virtual agent machine was not functioning properly and it took us almost 30 minutes to get checked in after arriving late from a 6 hour drive. All in all it was well worth the price I paid. "

I was surprised to realize the bathrooms were shared; not a problem, as all three were clean and wonderfully appointed after all."

"Overall, the hotel say was excellent. The receptionist were super nice. They gave us a room close to the pool, gym and breakfast area. Our room was big and clean. We got the room with two queen beds and it came with a pull out couch as well. The pool was super clean and it is a heated pool. It comes with towels so you dont have to bring them from your room. Breakfast was good. You can make your own waffles. It is close to the skywalk zoo, its a 56 minute drive to redwood park. Four minute drive...

"Great location (mall and Walmart next door, lots of food choices) and clean big room. Comfortable bed and breakfast was really good. Did have some bright red stains on the carpet. Only issue was the amenities. Hot tubs were off and very cold. They did turn them on and we were able to get in an hour later. Washer was broken and dryer was off in our building.
