All staff were very nice and friendly. It’s in a good location you can walk to the stores, restaurants etc, we highly recommend Senato hotel Milan. "Great accomodation and walking distance to public transportation and heart of Milan. The staff are very helpful and friendly. No elevators so bit of a challenge going upstairs with heavy luggages as the stairs are narrow. Quiet location for a great rest at night even with open windows. Would definitely stay here again if I return to Milan."
