"I was not able to stay there. The Hotel informed me they couldn't accomodate me for the dates booked due to a wedding they were going to host. They did not understad how the booking was accepted. They apologized and offer to cancel with Hotels.com so I wouldn't get affected. I even got a letter from the desktop lady, which I presented to Hotels.com.
Hotels.com claimed to attempt to contact the hotel to request the authorization. They say the hotel never responded.

"Hice un viaje con mi mamá para celebrar anticipadamente el día de las madres y la pasamos maravilloso, el hotel es precioso, los detalles son inigualables, la comida es deliciosa, el desayuno cada mañana con panecito super rico que hornean ahí mismo y cada platillo nos encantó.
El personal es muy amable y atentas, Laura de recepción es encantadora, las chicas de la cocina cuidan cada detalle su comida es deliciosa, la señora Rossana te hace sentir en casa es una gran anfitriona.

"El lugar es muy bonito, las habitaciones tienen buen espacio, no entra ruido del exterior y la zona donde está ubicado es tranquilo. Es fácil moverse hacia el centro de San Miguel.
La única observación es que el agua de la alberca era de aspecto turbio y verdosa, por lo que sería recomendable darle mantenimiento y tratamiento. En nuestro caso, no era severa la suciedad sin embargo, sí causa cierta duda el aspecto.
La comida es rica, pedimos pizza y papás a la alberca y no tardó, el personal es...
