"Clean room stunning home, most definitely my go to place now whenever I have flights departing from Luton."

"The room was suitable for our short stay, however with such lovely expanse of grounds it was therefore unfortunate that the view from our room was a 12foot high brick wall. Despite there being no air conditioning the room had a patio door which once open cooled the room. Upon request the hotel provided a fridge for my elderly mothers insulin, unfortunately the fridge was faulty and froze the insulin which caused a unplanned medical issue. "Close to the airport but we were not aware of any noise from the planes. The hotel was clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly . There was a wide choice of hot and cold dishes for breakfast . Bar food was equally good and served quickly despite the number of people there . The beds were comfortable, the shower was a good strength and tea and coffee was available in the room."

"Bed was comfortable with good pillows. Bed linen felt lovely. Room was clean. AC was not efficient ( on a hot night). Carpet on corridor to rooms on GF, looked and felt like it had seen better days."

"Really nice hotel. Room was really hot but it was a heat wave and probably not a problem most of the time. Staff were so friendly and helpful especially in the pub for dinner and breakfast. Easy access to train station and travel in to London. Was a nice place to stay outside of all the business. Easy access to Stansted airport too. Would definitely stay again."

"There was no AC. being a listed building makes it hard to install AC. the room was so hot it was almost unbearable. One sash window could only open about 20cm at the bottom, as secondary double glazing had been installed it was not possible to open the top part. The other window only opened at the bottom but would not stay open so staff put a cushion there to keep it open. They gave us another fan which helped. "We arrived at about 730pm and were greeted by a very sweet receptionist. Our room was clean and quiet, with an incredibly comfortable king size bed! As it was summer, we were also provided a portable fan in the room, should it become too warm. We had a great dinner at the Feathers Pub and a swift check out in the morning. Highly recommend staying here!"
