"The Rocpool is a great place to stay in Inverness. It’s walkable into town, with a little uphill climb. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the room itself was very comfortable. The A/C was a huge plus since it was unusually warm during our stay. We had to leave before breakfast one morning for a day trip, and the hotel thoughtfully packed pastries, fruit, and sandwiches for us to take along, which we really appreciated. "We had a lovely short stay at Macbeth’s Hillock. The cottage was clean, cosy and comfortable, with everything we needed. We mainly stayed there overnight while travelling, but I also cooked dinner there, which worked very well. The location is peaceful, close to local sights, and right next to a farm with beautiful sheep, which made the stay feel even more charming. A very pleasant place for our short stay."

"The accommodations were great and we made use of the available bbq for a great dinner cooked right outside our cabin. The farm animals were a hit with our girls and provided lots of entertainment.
