"Great location of hotel easy walking distance to main squares or metro. Lovely big rooms, lots of storage though not many coat hangers. Good quality toiletries in bathroom, excellent shower. Large comfortable bed although pillows too soft for my liking. Coffee machine makes strong coffee!! Good size TV though not a huge selection of English speaking channels. Breakfast was ok though on occasions had to ask for things not out. Omlette/eggs available if ask though wasn’t offered. I think you may be able to get speciality coffee if you ask. Staff on reception very pleasant and knowledgeable. We got a drink at the pool bar on day one and paid €23 for 2 drinks, we didn’t use it again."

"Terrific lodging option close to Atocha train station, Retiro Park, the Botanic Gardens and the museums. Staff were kind and professional. The room was spotless. View was of the elevator shaft! Still, I would highly recommend this professionally-run option and would stay here again when next in Madrid."

"Everything was good, staff was very helpful, hotel is in a good condition. I would like to add a few notes to help it become even better. 1. In our room there was a cat pee smell in the bathroom. 2. Pillows were super stiff - as a result we couldn't get a good night rest. 3. Side note - I would highly recommend to put some kettlebells in the gym - they don't take much space, yet provide a great workout. Thank you!"
