The pool was uncomfortably hot, even hotter than the outdoor temperature, and there were areas where tiles were missing. Guests should be very careful when walking around the pool area. "From the check in to check out all the staff were friendly, and accommodating. We visited 2 of the specialty restaurants during our stay and both were excellent, we were learning a little Spanish every morning when we picked up our towels( apologies for our terrible pronunciation) and overall we enjoyed our stay and will return.
