This place is so good, we left for a 3 hour drive to our next destination, and didn’t like it - so we came back the same day! Comfortable rooms, excellent food, nice garden and jacuzzi, and it’s about a 15 minute walk from the old city centre.

Excellent hoyel good location 10 minutes out of the city rooms 5 star ..good massage had by both of us

Very comfortable rooms and friendly, accommodating staff. Delicious freshly cooked breakfasts.

Amazing brand new hotel near the old city. Quiet rooms great breakfast, staff could not do enough. I recommend

Lovely place with very professional staff throughout. This is a hotel that displays very high standards in all areas.

Great stay. Staff our lovely and friendly. Rooftop area is fabulous with amazing views of volcanoes. Breakfast was great . Pool on rooftop is very small , tucked away and I doubt ever used ( cover was on for whole of our stay ) Be aware that the balconies are small and with no view so not worth paying extra for . Overall a wonderful stay and would come back .

Very comfy hotel and Juanita the tortoise is a real highlight

The staff were very friendly & helpful. I do not speak Spanish and the reception staff helped me sort out an issue I had with an upcoming tour.

The staff were excellent lovely place to stay

Lovely guest house with a massive bed and modern furniture, located in a very nice area of Arequipa. Unfortunately, not very quiet at night, you could hear people talking downstairs and dogs barking. The bathroom and bed were clean, however we found the floor very dusty. Didn’t get breakfast as we left early for a tour. No shower gel provided, only some shampoo sachets. Lovely sunset view from the terrace.

Very welcoming hotel and they cater well for very early hours arrival and departures.

Staff should atleast speak some level of English. Shower was not that good. Breakfast was outside in the cold morning with no heaters. Everything else was fine.

Excellent hotel in beautiful Arequipa. Staff were professional showed care to attention. They were also very helpful contacting our tour operator to help us locate a lost item. They made sure we had everything we needed during our short stay, i wish we could've stayed for longer. You cannot ask for more.
