The building is very nice, as well as the rooms and common areas. My room was on the 3rd floor, which was very noisy due to the kitchen, restaurant and bar being above it.

Five star hotel in my opinion. Beautiful facilities in the Historic town of Arequipa just one block from Plaza de Armas. Attentive staff and great breakfast prepared to our liking. Highly recommend.

The room had no windows but the view from the bar on the top floor was great. The internet in the room didn't work.

The location is walking distance to many activities such as shopping, restaurants, and pharmacy and market. Many tourists so it is pretty safe even in the evening hours. Like many places be cautious of your belongings I would recommend this hotel boutique.

Had an excellent experience in the hotel. It was beautiful with view to the cathedral. The Hotel have a rooftop with a bar and food. They play music diring the evening while you enjoy the sunset. It just 3min walking from Plaza de Armas. A lot of resturant options near the hotel.

Absolutely loved our two night stay at the Hotel, everyone was really friendly and welcoming. This is such a pretty hotel, well decorated with spacious comfortable rooms. The breakfast at the roof top terrace was breathtaking.

Absolutely perfect location. Everyone from the front desk staff to the room attendant was exceptional. Breakfast comes with specialty coffee and fresh pressed juice! What more can I say?

For a new a hotel, this place didnt let down. I stayed here almost 2 werks. I did have a couple of things that i didnt agree with. But the staff was quick and helpful to fix my concerns. I had a couples massage as well and it was a great service for me and my fiancé. This hotel is super close to the center of Arequipa a.k.a the Plaza de Armas and many shopping spots and restaurants, as well as clubs/bars. I would definitely stay here again when i visit Arequipa especially since my fiancé is from Arequipa and she liked it as well. Gracias a todos desde los Estados Unidos. Miguel V.

Juan at the front desk was very engaging, helpful, accommodating and kept up with us during our stay; everyone else in the staff was very knowledgeable and service driven. Everyone made us feel at home. Ariquepay sets up a new standard at which every other crew and location will be measured against. Looking forward to our 28th wedding anniversary trip.

Amazing New Hotel - Highly recommend!
We would definitely recommend this hotel. We stayed for four nights and everything from the service to the room was 5 star plus. (Bed, WIFI, Hot water, fridge, complimentary breakfast, view, fluffy towels etc) We stayed in the King room with the balcony overlooking the city, you can see the church clocks from the Arequipa Cathedral and we were a few steps from Plaza de Armas. Lots of great restaurants near by and the area is completely safe for walking in the evening. (perfect location) A shout out to the staff of Ariquepay Hotel - Graciela, Jonathan, Nickel and Jose. They take great pride in their jobs and took good care of us! Great value for the nightly rate. Definitely a 5 start hotel, lovely stay!

The property is relatively new and everything is in excellent condition. The staff do everything in their power to make your stay a good one. Breakfast eggs made to order when you arrive in dining area on patio roof. I would return if ever given the opportunity.
