"Shower didn't get hot all the time, the toilet didn't flush even after moving rooms. There were some seedy and suspicious characters hanging around in the parking lot and near entrances. Police and fire department were called twice during a weekends stay. That being said, at least the front desk staff were honest that my issues probably wouldn't get resolved because the maintenance guy was out all weekend. The hotel is not even a "true Choice Hotel" but a franchise managed by a third party... Go figure!"

"At check in the gentleman with longer hair barely even looked up at us. Once in our room we discovered yellow crusty stuff on our bed. We let the front desk know and said that we would be out for a while and would like it to be addressed before we got back. Over 4 hours later when we returned it was still there. We went back to the front desk and spoke with the same gentleman with a beard and glasses that we had brought the problem to earlier. He told us housekeeping was gone for the day now and he would try to get the porter up to address it. We gave them one hour and no one ever came. We couldn't even use our expensive room because the same stuff was also on the bench. Went back down again, this time more frustrated and they tried to move us to a queen room on a lower floor. When we were coming from a king room in the corner. We checked that room and it was in poor shape so they put us in another queen room on the 11th floor. This room was clean with a little more space. The shower the next morning was like a warm trickle, i could barely wash my hair. We tried to stop in the Italian restaurant for a drink later that evening and it seemed as if the bartender didn't want us there. Then without notice of last call or any communication she through our bill in front of us and our friends who were there with us. The service at breakfast was a little better but didn't have the first two things I tried to order from the menu. Overall poor experience. Stay at the much nicer hotels "
