"The decor was incredible. Absolutely stunning. We stayed on the first floor (1A) and there were people staying directly above us. We heard every time they walked, flushed, talked and coughed. In the morning, they then came to the coffee bar which was directly across from us and we heard every cup they made, and their conversations for 45 minutes until they moved out to the porch. We got 3 hours of sleep and left by 8:30a as there is no sound barrier at all in that room. Very uncomfortable...

"Several items in the room did not work. We were unable to take a bath as the shower/faucet release did not work. The shade could not be pulled down. The lights at the desk were not working and upon us moving the equipment we were able to get them working. No coffee maker, no microwave. Think they need to consider evaluating all rooms for working condition"
