"We used the outdoor pool and it was still cold out. The pool was great. We were able to swim into the indoor side to warm up. The staff was all really helpful and friendly. The room was very nice, clean and the beds were very comfortable. We were there Mother’s Day weekend. The street was very busy the night we stayed and we didn’t hear anything. I will definitely stay there next time I’m in KC."

"We had a room ground level next to the street and heard the railcar all night not long. Would not recommend those rooms at all. The bed was very hard. It was close to downtown which was nice for our event."

The hotel is built into the side of mountain rock where the natural rock is actually the hotel wall; along with a waterfall inside as well, of course. "I enjoyed my stay. The room had everything I needed. They even provided kitchenware. It made it so nice to be able to have an extended stay. Breakfast every morning was great. And the staff were incredibly polite. Highly recommend!!"
