"Lovely staff always keen to help. The hotel team arranged everything to get us out onto the slopes first thing despite us arriving at the hotel late. We had ski hire lessons and lift passes arranged by the team on reception. With a ski hire shop on the lower ground floor and taxi shuttle to the gondola this made everything so easy and quick! "The staff here were UNBELIEVABLE!!! They were so freindly and so very helpful. Our room was too hot and they quickly moved us to a new room, even helped us move our things. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Restaurant was just so-so for dinner. We loved this town. Wish we had stayed longer! As we were walking around that evening, we heard music...voices from heaven! We went into the church and the children's choir were putting on a performace. The most enjoyable...
