"This place was an absolute dump. The carpets were old. The door to our room was not fully sealed, you could see most of the way around it to the point that we thought it was open. We found stains and hairs in the linens. It was bad enough that we went and got new sets to see if it was any better. The furniture was stained and creepy. In general this property seems very old and very overdue for a renovation. We found the breakfast to be sketchy and opted to eat on our way to our new hotel. ...

"I stayed in this hotel for three nights on a recent visit to Phoenix. The room and bath were both clean and well-kept. The A/C worked well, which was especially important since Phoenix was experiencing record high temps for this time of year. I didn't have to use the kitchenette much, but it was nice to have. "The housekeeping staff were way behind. I arrived at the hotel at 630pm, and they were still cleaning room. Initially I was told my room was not available, and I'd have to wait about an hour. But Sebastian, the staff member at checkin desk asked me to wait and he went and checked personally and came back and said he had a room. The room was in poor shape. The mattress had little support, initially there was no wash cloth, the toilet backed up and I found a roach in the sink. When I went to check...

"Due to spring training, prices were high. Honestly, it looked like a prison cell more then a hotel. Had basically nothing.. but I needed a bed. So I guess it did that."

"The air conditioner worked awesome and the counter staff was very friendly and helpful. The property itself could use some upgrades especially the door, the security latch didn't work which prompted me to put the nightstand and a chair and my suitcase against the door for security. The hallways were very dark which made it feel unsafe walking to and from our room. "
