"I had a very disappointing experience with this booking. There was an issue with my reservation, and unfortunately, both the hotel and Expedia kept redirecting me to one another without taking ownership. What made matters worse was the lack of support from the hotel staff, who were not helpful in resolving the situation. As a guest, this was frustrating and stressful. I would strongly recommend better coordination between the hotel and booking platforms, as well as improved customer service...
