"We have stayed at several Days Inn Hotels on our trip... The gentleman at the front desk lacked professionalism as the front desk person is an ambassador of the establishment..personally, if you're unhappy with your management or corporate heads, I believe you should deal with them, not your customers...however, he was helpful with the sign on for wifi Unfortunately, this location is in need of some tlc...the ice machine wasn't working and it appeared it hadn't for sometime...bathroom door...

"Don’t stay at motel 6 doesn’t have queens beds I ask for only twin for 144 a night this property is very filthy don’t recommend it to anyone "

"The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking but no dish soap for the sink or dishwasher. Parking was safe and easy to get from back to the hotel room. However, getting to the parking ramp from the hotel was terrible. Even though it's only a block, it's a big hill to walk up."

"We stayed two night, pool and hot tub area were nice but could use some TLC like: clean the ceiling fans, hot tub jets were barely working, could do a little maintenance on the hot tub floor. Room was clean and beds were comfortable, a/c unit sounded like it had paper in the fan and was very noisy. Room overall was ok for the hotel. Breakfast in the morning was very good Saturday morning, well kept up with fresh coffee and food. Sunday morning was a disaster for breakfast, different person saw...

"Parking was easy! Staff is very kind. Room was amazing and views were amazing!"

"Room was very clean. However, the sign for the Disabled parking place had been knocked down and was laying on the grass in front of the space. Also, guests were allowed to sit on the benches in the covered entryway by the front door and SMOKE. This is totally unacceptable in a "Smoke Free" facility. Designate a smoking area at the edge of the property so guests aren't forced to go through a cloud of smoke to enter or exit using the front door!!"

"A very cosy and pleasant place. My husband and I were travelling together. The hotel is situated right on the lakeshore; the surrounding area is clean, pleasant and quiet. All the necessary restaurants and shops are just 5 minutes away. The view from the window is lovely! The fireplace and jacuzzi were a lovely addition to our suite. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The staff were very attentive and friendly. We’ll definitely be back!!!"

"Clean room, spacious pool and hot tub area. Usually stay in “better” parts of Duluth…but this hotel was reasonable in pricing and ended up being a nice surprise. Would not walk around much outside, but I felt safe in the parking lot and in the hotel. Clean, nice breakfast, good coffee. "

"Historic mansion with top notch rooms. Off street parking for guests in the rear of the home. Lovely, quiet surroundings. Light breakfast and coffee were very good and we enjoyed the treats in the cheery living room while soft cello music played in the background sound system. We stayed in the Hewitt suite and the king bed was very comfortable. Convenient to Duluth attractions. Would definitely recommend."
