No other storage space for anything at all, so you have to keep much in your suitcase (I was there for 6 days and this just does not make sense wjen so much floor space). "Having paid for a reservation several months ago for two nights 24-26th June when I checked in I was told there was no room available. The receptionist claimed there was an IT issue but the hotel was very busy so clearly other people had been checked in. The apology was absolutely minimal, no compensation and no effort made to inform me in the days leading up to the reservation there was an issue. I found the whole experience highly unacceptable for a global corporation to behave letting me down...

"Lovely hotel. Check in was excellent, very fast, friendly and efficient. Even had gluten free cookies on arrival. Room was immaculate, great bed, air con, shower, coffee machine and tea making facilities. In an excellent location for Temple Meads and harbourside. Absolutely A1 experience."

"Was able to check in a tad early which was quite handy. Unit was very clean. Building was very quiet. Easy to find and get to. Neighbourhood was quiet. Check out process was also easy. "Excellent location for both bus and train journeys. Both run regularly from Temple Meads railway station which is just across the road. There is also a ferry service which runs from behind the station. Unfortunately there are too many steep steps down to the wharf for anyone with mobility issues."
