"Excellent clean hotel. Incredibly helpful friendly staff. Well positioned for walking around for bars and restaurants."

"A lovely little apartment right in the centre of Clifton village. Very cosy and well maintained. My only complaint would be there is no "Convenient and secure on-site parking, a rare amenity in the area", as described when booking. There is on paid on street parking but you have to arrive after 5pm to pay for all night parking. Other than that I would recommend. "

"The property was ideal place to stay while travelling through the UK. The Kitchen and Laundry facilities were fantastic and so was the location. Communication was quick and easy. Very thankful they offered packing across the road from where we were staying."

"The room is good and of a reasonably high standard. There are however two major challenges. The room was on the top floor which from the car park is three flights of stairs. A lot when you’re carrying several large bags and clothes for a wedding. The second big issue is the hall lights on a sensitive room sensor. There is no way to switch this off or lights off. "Easy check in/check out at the kiosk. The staff was very friendly, and avaliable. Room service was excellent and fairly priced. I reccomed the pizza and pastrami sandwich. Great access to the city, lots of fun pubs close by. Walking distance to everything. Still water and toilet paper everyday. Excited to come back again!"

Tuttavia, ho riscontrato una serie di problematiche nell'albergo: - lenzuola sporche, sia appena entrato in stanza, sia la sera, dopo che avevo richiesto un cambio delle lenzuola; - asciugamani sporchi; -adattatore della presa elettrica non funzionante; - la finestra non si apriva e non poteva esservi ricircolo...

"Nice clean hotel located in the middle of the Harbourside. Room was clean, bed comfy with a good shower. Breakfast was plentiful. Small grievance - did pay over £400 for 2 nights so assumed breakfast was included. Had to pay another £60 so nearly £230 a night is a little pricey.."

But your front door opens onto a common area, where three German hipsters were making dinner in the kitchenette, playing pool and watching TV loudly all night.
