The Swimming pool is a sloping one and the deep end is 1.45mtrs my daughter was able to stand up in it fully. The only floating rings they allow can be purchased for €6 at their mini shop which is on the same floor as the snack bar. "Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato la camera non pulita di giornata. C'era polvere accumulate anche il bagno non rispettava gli standard di pulizia. Il giorno dopo poi il servizio pulizia è migliorato.Il personale alla reception non parla una sola parola di italiano il che è inaccettabile in quanto per il loro ruolo le lingue dovrebbero saperle oltretutto che il turismo di Tenerife è per almeno il 70% di Italian.
