"No assistance w luggage until heavily prompted upon checking in. Then none at all upon checkout. Taxi called was too small even though a large one to contain wheelchair was requested from the front desk."

Die Hotelanlage im liebevoll angelegten Jardin-Stil ist wunderschön und die Poollandschaft lädt zum Entspannen ein. An einigen Stellen merkt man dem Hotel zwar sein Alter an, gleichzeitig wird aber sichtbar in die Instandhaltung investiert – kleinere Reparaturen konnten wir sogar während unseres Aufenthalts beobachten. "Et nytt og fantastisk flott hotell, som åpnet i februar, og med meget serviceinnstilt personale. Hotellet er i kanariske stil med patio og balkonger. Og ikke forglemme det utrlolig flotte mosaikkbildet i taket. Det var bare enestående, og kan anbefales på det aller sterkeste."

"We stayed in the hotel for one night before flying home. It was very convenient, with its own car park, but we didn’t get to use facilities like the pool.The location is great - right next to a surfing beach, the restaurant menu looked great but we were too tired to use it and the staff were excellent. The room was a good size, with a small balcony looking over the beach - a safe provided and room facilities were good, only two negative observations- paper cups were provided for hot drinks...
