"Hotel staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Hotel location is perfect. Great shops and restaurants literally just out of the door. The only problem was that we didn’t have time to stay longer. If we ever come back to Nice, we’ll definitely be staying here again."

"The room I checked into had visible mold on the AC. I am very allergic and this is very unhealthy. I walked down the street and found another hotel. After being told I would get a refund pending manager’s return the manager later declined. Manager is not agreeing to speak with me after several attempts visiting the hotel she seems to be available but then later the staff comes back and says she is in a meeting. "The hotel was close to the promenade, just a street back. Good outside space. Tea/coffee facilties a little wanting, not replenished enough, no milk. Breakfast good. Could be a water dispenser in the foyer for guests use."
