"This property is not managed, and it shows. Poor service, broken AC, no manager ever available, saw a pill in elevator and under my sink, hung up on by front desk when calling about the AC, people loitering late at night in the parking lot, no security, understaffed. On top of that, I was double billed and the manager won’t take calls to credit their mistake. Wyndham says they are a franchisee and won’t assist either. Terrible experience, do not recommend."

"Throughout my entire stay, my room strongly smelled like rotten eggs. I’m assuming it was coming from the shower drain, but it made my stay terrible."

"The room was dirty, there was a leak in the bathroom ceiling since the leak was intermittant they wouldnt change my room. Just put a bucket under it to catch the water."

"The staff was pleasant and nice. However when I got in the room there was duck tape on the door above the “deadbolt” area (safety concern). I notice there was partially empty toilet tissue and no replacement toiletries. The shower area did not look clean there was a ring in the bathtub as though it wasn’t cleaned and disinfected, also it appeared it needed to be recaulked and some type of tub paint or sealant over it maybe just outdated. There was crumbs left on the table and tv stand did not appear to be cleaned had concerns the beds sheets was not replaced. I traveled with my own fitted sheets and blankets, it came in handy."

"The beds are insanely comfy, probably the best sleeps of my life have been at this hotel. 😂 And the showers are also amazing!"
