"We had a great experience at this B&B. The Lake Room and all of the associated amenities were spectacular and there was an incredible vista view of the lake and downtown. The hosts were fantastic. "Breakfast room was nice and had good basic options. Bed was comfy and staff quite lovely. My room was tidy enough but outside noise was bothersome as I was right next to an exit door and noisy partying neighbours. A metal part of the elevator was duct taped - rather tacky. Hotel is in a sketchy area( Kelowna has its share of homelessness)! I also thought unpaid for a kitchen - thankful for the tiny fridge and microwave!"

"The room was nice and clean. However, we were on the first floor right next to the laundry facility and it was quite noisy. The complimentary breakfast was good."

"People drinking in the pool area not paying attention to their kids climbing up the slide and throwing footballs around which hit my husband, also they were all sitting around the hot tub not even in the hot tub! Breakfast was okay but I burnt myself really badly on the waffle maker as the waffle got stuck and we had no utensils to get them out other then that great friendly staff and he try accommodating we will definitely be back"

"The property needed a big renovation. Very dilapidated. Patio doors did not close properly. Blinds were broken and slats were missing. The first room I was allocated, didn't have curtains. No bedside lamp. No plug ins for boosting the phones. No microwave. Bath tub and sink had chipped enamel. The white bath tub had yellowed with age. Plus the caulking on the tub need redoing. All in all, I'll never go back there. Even though I'll give it an A+ on clean sheets, and a comfortable bed."
