Hotel dekat Galeri Seni Hamilton

"Excellent location, clean place with everything you need to be comfortable."

"Best hotel our family has ever stayed at. New hotel, super clean and well taken care of. Great hot breakfast with a lot of variety of food. Pool was warm and clean. Parking is $20 and underground but it’s connected to the hotel which was really convenient. We walked around the neighbourhood to go to a concert downtown… okay that was sketchy… lots of homeless people and drug addicts… just be aware of that."

"Set pleased with our stay. No issues at all."

"Great spot for charactercool old architecture! I was able to check-in early and check-out later, due to a very late flight. While waiting I was able to store my suitcase and check out the castle! First time in Hamilton and I will certainly be back."

"The interior of the room itself was fine, but we were the only room in our hall that was not under construction. The hallway floor was ripped up and construction was ongoing into Saturday evening and begun again early Sunday morning. Staff did not tell us anything about the construction at check in so it was a bit shocking to find our room was essentially in a work zone. Not sure how the other floors are but this picture is what our hallway on the third floor looked like."

"Horrible place to stay with rude staff"

"I enjoyed my stay"

"Friendly staff. A decent place to stay."

We were placed in room 502 facing Upper James. It was very loud. My advice would be to ask to not be placed in a room facing Upper James due to the constant traffic - especially at night. There were lots of unknown stains on the ceilings, walls and sheets. There is no water pressure if that matters to you. The TV / cable did...

"I had a wagon that was heavy and there were no elevators, and he knew I was disabled because I parked in the handicap, and nobody would give me a hand getting to the 2nd floor. I did it myself and took 20min. I was in so much pain by the time I got to the room."

"Rooms could use a little update. Good location. Good price."
