"Over all it was a great experience even though it was only for one night. The property looked great, clean and the guys at the front desk were amazing, super friendly and always smiling. The only observation that I have is with the Valet’s crew, they were a bit rude in a sense that they never approached the car, might not be a rule that you guys implement but in other places they tend to approach the car and ask if you are checking in or not. They are the first point of contact so they should be...

"Fantastic property in downtown Houston. Close to the Museum and Library Districts. Ample and tastefully decorated public areas. Apple and well laid out rooms, although some of the furniture is calling from a little maintenance. Helpful and friendly staff."

"The highway road raging ruined our sleep. We were up till after 3 am listening to the speeding jerks on I 10! We had moved our son into his apartment all day so we were exhausted. Worst night ever and we like Hampton Inn!"

"What we paid was overpriced for what we got, breakfast was disappointing would have liked an option but the staff were friendly, the place was nice but a bit dated, location was good, I have no real complaints except the price I paid wasn’t worth what we experienced"

"This hotel is brand new. Breakfast was great! There were plenty of options available for breakfast. Weekend bartender was great and great Customer Service. They have specials for food and beveages. Nighttime hotel Manager made sure to check on all guests and made sure they were doing okay. He was also very personable. Room and hotel stayed clean. Parking available at the hotel. Friendly staff. No complaints."

"Wonderful hotel in a great location. It was awesome to be able to walk to the Menil Collection. One of our favorite areas of Houston. The only thing that was odd, and a safety hazard was the shower. No door or curtain allowed water to get all over the bathroom floor making it very slippery. We had to put towels down all over the floor."

"I could not have been more pleased with my stay! I have already booked 2 more stays at this lovely hotel. The staff was phenomenal. Friendly, helpful, and kind. I was in Houston for care at MD Anderson Cancer Hospital and the staff made every effort to keep me comfortable and make every second perfect for me. The food is spectacular and the pool is wonderful. I cannot wait to go back!!"
