"Amazing service and chic apartments "

"Hotel is in a good location. Pool was out of action for the 11 nights in which I stayed. Food menu was limited and average. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were large. The hotel is old and it shows. The hotel is good value for money. Shame about the pool being out of action. Wifi is good. "

"The room was in good condition. The staff was very helpful and kind. But the noise from the bar was just too much, especially the first night. We had just traveled for 20+ hours. We didn’t get any sleep that first night. It didn’t end till after three in the morning. The next night it went on for a while. It wasn’t as loud, but we were unable to sleep. The third night was better still lots of noise from downstairs people screaming, and a lot of Bass coming through. The food was very good as...

"We had to book another apartment as the host told us that they did not have a key to the apartment that we booked. We could not find the owner anywhere, the phone was going to voicemail, my messages were going through on WhatsApp but they were not responding. We had to pay more money to book another place because the one we booked, no one could assist us and our safety was also compromised as it was getting late. We need a voucher refund ASAP!"

"This place is nothing as advertised and just a disappointment all around. If you are simply looking for a bed to sleep in and nothing more then it is fine. But the rooms are old and look as though they are hardly taken care of. It felt as though I was at a distant family member's house who wasn't prepared for me to stay the night."

"Our presidential suite was absolutely superb with a great view over the golf course. Everything in the room we could have wished for, plenty of space and huge dressing room. The staff in check in were friendly and informative. They presented my 4yo with a teddy and rose which made her day. We ate lunch, breakfast and dinner in Nova.
