"The Palihouse is a very nice easy place to stay near W Hollywood. PHrancisco at the front desk was so accommodating and always smiling. The hotel is adorable and room was very comfortable. Note that the pool is smaller than it appears in the photo but is adequate and the gym is literally in a closet with no windows or air so we walked outside instead. "

"This was my first time visiting LA and this hotel did not disappoint! The hotel is located a couple blocks from the holly wood walk of fame which is an easy 15 to 20 min walk. The hotel was recently renovated and is very clean and modern. Our room was comfortable and clean.The daily breakfast options were great with a wide selection for everyone and the hotel staff was very helpful and answered any questions we had. Will definitely stay here again, if i visit LA. I highly recommended this...

"Nice property with charming front desk staff. Restaurant has great breakfast options and tasty food. Bathrooms are retro style and have excellent water pressure. Air conditioning was uneven - no room control. One day it was not working well, but the staff resolved the issue quickly. If you’re expecting a well designed hotel in a pretty perfect location, you’ll be happy here!"

"Please don’t stay here. The place does not look like the pictures. We did not stay longer than 15 minutes because room smelled like dirty mop and the bed and bathroom were dirty. When I asked the front desk to switch rooms they agreed the room was not good and said I had to pay to get a clean room. I asked for a refund and they declined that as well. Please don’t think that because this place is in Beverly Hills and its not cheap it will be a quality stay, this is not a hotel this place looks...

"Barn door style bathroom doors. Ac had a hard time keeping up. Not a bad place to stay just lower expectations. They do not clean the rooms often during the stay as well "
