Problem 1. We were clueless where is our room and he is behind us instead of leading us and getting door for us. We had our hands full with our luggage. Problem 2. "The hotel has a shared kitchen with snacks (fruit and biscuits) and tea and coffee making facilities - it was well stocked and it was also possible to fill the re-fillable water bottles provided by the hotel in the kitchen. The hotel also provided a bar each afternoon on an honesty system - the hotel's common areas - lounge room and courtyard were delightful and the perfect place to relax with a drink or a cup of tea. "
