"Unfortunately the bar was closed being Sunday. Lovely little restaurant bar over the road. The evening staff member was excellent he ordered an airport transfer for us and went out of his way to look after us. Great stay thanks"

"This hotel is in a great area for exploring Santiago. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had booked an internal facing room and ascwell as limited light here was a bit of noise in the evening from events on the roof terrace. Other than that the room was quiet. It was good to have an outdoor space available for drinks but it would have been nicecto be able to order drinks during the day. Breakfast was ok"

"the room was clean but the AC was set at 25 degrees and I could not change it. the AC remote control did not work. I had to have breakfast at 7am and they did not have hot milk or eggs, just bread, ham and cheese and sweet options until 8am but they do not say that on the information. room was basic, area at night does not feel safe."

Problem 1. We were clueless where is our room and he is behind us instead of leading us and getting door for us. We had our hands full with our luggage. Problem 2. "Mi estadía fue corta, pero se notó mucho el cuidado en su servicio al cliente. Siempre estuvieron dispuestos a orientarme y ayudarme con varias de mis inquietudes. El lugar está en una zona relativamente segura y tranquila, cerca de muchos restaurantes y con una vibra muy bonita."
