"Lovely boutique hotel in a great neighborhood! Our room was spotless, we had a bottle of sparkling white as a welcome, breakfast was fresh and delish. The atmosphere of the Castillo Rojo is just charming! Happy hour every day on the patio...just wonderful! The staff could not have been any better! We LOVED our stay at the Castillo Rojo and loved our stay in Santiago!"

"Unfortunately the bar was closed being Sunday. Lovely little restaurant bar over the road. The evening staff member was excellent he ordered an airport transfer for us and went out of his way to look after us. Great stay thanks"

"the room was clean but the AC was set at 25 degrees and I could not change it. the AC remote control did not work. I had to have breakfast at 7am and they did not have hot milk or eggs, just bread, ham and cheese and sweet options until 8am but they do not say that on the information. room was basic, area at night does not feel safe."

"This hotel is in a great area for exploring Santiago. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had booked an internal facing room and ascwell as limited light here was a bit of noise in the evening from events on the roof terrace. Other than that the room was quiet. It was good to have an outdoor space available for drinks but it would have been nicecto be able to order drinks during the day. Breakfast was ok"

"Unfortunately I had a very distressing arrival but yhe hotel staff were fabulous, so kind and helpfuland helped me the best the could at the time, Francis and Nicholas you really are the best. The rooms was very clean although the shower could have had better water flow. I had one night that was fairly noisy until very early in the morning but the other nights were what you would expect staying in the centre of town. Plenty of good restaurants close by and very easy to get to main tourist...

"Only reason for me to give low stars is, due to really terrible check-in experience with Robins. We reach at 10.30PM tired and hope for smooth check-in experience. He wasn’t friendly at all. Problem 1. We were clueless where is our room and he is behind us instead of leading us and getting door for us. We had our hands full with our luggage. Problem 2. He gives us room number 8, selectively ignores our questions, as if he didn’t hear or understood. Room was dark to start with one tiny bulb for...
