"Clean and relaxing environment, was a great place to base ourselves from to look around Santiago. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. I felt very safe staying here. Would definitely stay here again if we were back in Santiago"

"We loved this hotel. It was a great location: nice park across the street, very little traffic on street in front of hotel, restaurants/cafes/bars near by and subway close. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were fantastic with fresh fruit, eggs, cheese, delicious bakery items, etc. Our room was very clean, nice bathroom. "Room was quite spacious but no fridge. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is drinking water in the breakfast area. Location wise, the path to the hotel seems a bit sketchy at night. It’s a 30 min walk to the main attractions. There are lots of things to explore on the way so not bad. Overall a good place to stay at."
