"We were very impressed when we arrived lovely old building beautifully done room. Then things went a little south. Front desk was pushing a private car to the Andes ($500) and rubbished the cheaper group tours… we found our own group tour and it was an excellent. Breakfast starts at 7.30…. But most tours start earlier so no breakfast… out all day come back to an unserviced room told we should have hung the sign on the door! 😂. 4.30am start to airport they did have a breakfast box for us but...

"Breakfast buffet is not worth paying for. There are great breakfast places nearby and the food is better. Didn’t really enjoy the dinner either, although the pisco sours were amazing. The vent in our bathroom had dust hanging from it and a new bath towel that was given to us had blood on it. The pool looked cool and there were amazing views, but the pool itself looked dirty. The staff was friendly and the location was good though."

"Nice building in a very quiet area, very close to the Metro. The room was nice and clean with a small but functional kitchen. We only stayed for one night and it was perfect for us."
