"Lighting is strange. Amenities were not that good. Housekeeper threw away a box FULL of medical devices that I needed and then denied it. That wasn’t good. Coffee maker was not clean. Towels were thin. But great location. Large room. Nice owners with cute dogs… breakfast was OK and we never used the Spa so cannot comment on that. Overall it was “fine”."

Also, they would charge for a lot of stuff that usually is included in hotels. For example our checkout was 11 am and our train was a 1 pm and we asked the staff if it's possible we leave our luggage for 2 hours while we go around the city and they said we had to pay $15. or one night we asked for a plate and they charged us for...

The first room was'nt quite as expected compared to the photos, therefore we mentioned it to reception since it was for a 40th birthday weekend and a lovely receptionist called Ramona showed us to another room which was amazing, she was very understanding and friendly with this request. "This is our 2nd stay at the Hyatt Centric in Murano, and we wouldn't stay anywhere else in Venice. The waterbus stop is right outside the hotel, the shops are right outside the hotel, there are at least 8 restaurants within 200m of the hotel! It's clean, bright and modern, with lovely facilities and excellent staff. "
