The Check in staff was amazing. We checked in between 4pm - 5pm the front desk attendant was warm, personable and kicked the trip off with a lovely welcome.

Restaurant had good food, and the free Happy Hour was great! The bar was nice too, and our room was comfortable and had a great view. Also this hotel is right in the middle of all the great restaurants in downtown Asheville, everything was super walkable.
