"The staff were helpful during our weekend stay. Trolley drivers were quite knowledgeable about the grounds. Our room was clean and maintained during our stay. Room service was good but beverage covers for juices would have been preferred."

"Marvelous hotel! There is simply not a fault to be found here. My wife and I came for a concert and this was perfect. The location is right in the heart of Asheville. The valet parking made it simple to get in and out. The food, staff and roof top bar made for an exceptionally good experience. The room was comfortable and spacious with all the trappings of a five star hotel. Good job Renovation!"

"A very nice place to stay in Asheville. The outdoor space was inviting, a small courtyard isolated from traffic. Lots of brick but very updated and clean. The bar space had games and nice paintings. There was a piano but we didn't see anyone playing it. I little bit far from the center of action but that is an excellent thing for a quiet and restful retreat. A bit of an uphill walk (2 blocks) to the main square but near Pack Tavern. We would stay again."
