"Very spacious and homey. Room was clean and the onsen was great overlooking mt fuji.
Cons, the check out time is too early, you must leave at 10 am which is worst when you come with kids"

"very nice good location, the process of check in was not very frendly, we reached a little early and they dont allow you to access the room and there is no storage. i think the hotel should improve that
